What Makes 25-Momme Different
Momme measures silk's weight and quality. While 19 and 22 momme are common in bedding, ZILK uses 25 momme, a denser, smoother weight that creates a stronger fabric and holds its silky finish wash after wash.

How do I wash my silk pillowcase?
To preserve the natural softness and luster of your silk, hand wash in cold or lukewarm water with a pH-neutral detergent. If you prefer machine washing, place it in a mesh laundry bag and wash on the delicate cycle with like colors. Do not wring. Gently press out excess water with a towel, then hang or lay flat to dry. If needed, use a cool iron or steamer on the reverse side.
