2. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
3. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.
4. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
5. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
In accordance with European Union consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement sent to support@zilksleep.com. Please note that our brand also offers an extended 60-day return window for store credit as outlined in our Returns Policy.
7. PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, or laws; or (d) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
