Why Silk for Skin + Hair
Cotton absorbs oils, moisture and skincare products, creating friction that can cause sleep creases, breakage and frizz. ZILK absorbs less and reduces friction, so your products stay where they belong and your hair wakes with fewer tangles.
Why 25-Momme?
Momme measures silk's weight and density. Most silk pillowcases use 19 to 22 momme. ZILK uses 25 momme, which means a tighter weave, smoother surface and a fabric that holds its performance wash after wash.

How do I wash my silk pillowcase?
To preserve the natural softness and luster of your silk, hand wash in cold or lukewarm water with a pH-neutral detergent. If you prefer machine washing, place it in a mesh laundry bag and wash on the delicate cycle with like colors. Do not wring. Gently press out excess water with a towel, then hang or lay flat to dry. If needed, use a cool iron or steamer on the reverse side.
