Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Products marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit unless defective.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email our team at support@zilksleep.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Our customer support team will review your request and provide next steps, including a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from any refund amount.

If the return is due to a ZILK error (e.g., wrong item, color, or size) or a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping cost in full.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method, minus the return shipping deduction.

Store credit refunds will be issued in full, with no deduction for shipping.

Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different color or size, please contact us at support@zilksleep.com.
Once the original item is received and verified, your replacement will ship automatically.
If the exchange item costs more or less than your original purchase, we’ll adjust the difference accordingly before dispatch.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll provide a pre-paid return label and ensure a prompt replacement or refund once the item is returned.
