Same-day fulfillment for orders placed before 15:00 CET, Monday–Friday.
- Orders ship from our European fulfillment center in Vianen, The Netherlands.
- Orders are shipped via PostNL and trusted courier partners.
- Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.
- Delivery times vary by destination; please allow additional time during holidays.

- Packages are designed to fit through standard mailboxes for convenience (where possible).
- Sales tax (VAT) is included in all listed prices.
MISSING ITEMS
- If your order arrives and an item is missing, please first check whether your order was split into multiple shipments. You will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment, and items may arrive on different days.
- If all shipments have been delivered and an item is still missing, contact us at support@zilksleep.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the packing slip and items received. We will investigate with our fulfillment center and ship the missing item at no cost or issue a refund for that item if you prefer.
